I got a call from the PA tag place and the plate for the 02 has arrived!!! The auction for this car ended 11/8/18, I sealed the deal the next day, It shipped on Thanksgiving, arrived at port the day after Christmas, and was delivered to my house on 1/3... After 77 days I can finally drive it! I intend to do just that. I normally get my run in at the end of the day. R ight after I got the call I ran a quick 5 and am leaving early to go and get my tag, and drive my car!

yesssssssssssss you know I have a collection of like, 150 plates at least. You could have driven it on different plates every day! What could go wrong?

I’ve accumulated them over the years. I collected them when I was younger, had an uncle working in a CA junkyard who sent me new states whenever he came across one I didn’t have. I got all 50 states by the time I was maybe 12? Then I’ve collected random ones here and there... I try not to buy them because in the age of ebay, I could go nuts, the sky’s the limit. F
riends and family will just give them to me if they have them lying around, if they’ve seen the collection - it’s mostly on the ceiling of my basement.

My dad used to junk cars all the time for $ and for the chevy v8s he extracted from them.
We had a huge collection on his garage walls if plates removed from all these and hammered onto the wall by yours truly .

G reen. P otato pics and winter weather make it look kind of blue but it’s a few tones darker than what most would consider “kelly green”. This picture is the as close as it gets to what it looks like in person.
